72 bed Skilled Nursing Facility License Number: 1486096 SERVICES AVAILABLE: * Facility has ability to accept/maintain individuals with dementia-related disorders * Facility has skilled nursing care * Facility has intermediate care nursing Royal Palm's reputation as the premier facility in this area has continued for more than 40 years. Their rehabilitation, comprised of certified physical, occupational and speech therapists will asses each resident and create a personally designed course of care to return each person to prior level of activities while making recommendations for lifestyle changes to increase quality of life in years to come. Along with a superlative rehab, the nursing staff is a team of R.N's, L.P.N.'s and C.N.A.'s who treat the residents like family.
