Program Description

Detoxification Unit (Detox) is an unlocked, non-hospital service for adults who are in need of medical detoxification. The Detox Unit provides necessary medication to minimize withdrawal symptoms.

It also provides medical and psychosocial evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to establish motivation for continued sobriety.

The 12 bed facility is located at 4500 W. Midway Road in Fort Pierce.

Services are available to all adult residents of Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie Counties.

The Unit is Open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. For additional information call,
