Program Description

The Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program provides intensive community-based treatment and support services for persons with severe and persistent mental illness. FACT operates as a self contained clinical team under the direction of a Program Director. Core members are a team leader, psychiatrist, registered nurses, therapists, peer specialist and support staff. The Team's primary goals are to lessen or eliminate debilitating symptoms of mental illnesses, promote recovery, meet basic needs, and enhance the individual's quality of life.
