Program Description
The Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Program serves the needs of clients who need to locate non custodial parents, obtain a child support order, establish paternity, enforce an existing order for support and/or modify an order for support.
ELIGIBILITY
A custodial parent with minor children who are not receiving court ordered child support.
A custodial parent who needs paternity established and/or child support for minor children.
A custodial parent with minor children who is receiving public assistance.
A custodial parent with an existing order that needs enforcement.
INTAKE PROCEDURES
An application package may be requested by telephone, walk in, or via the internet. Have
the package completed and returned to the Child Support Office. If needed , CSE staff will assist applicants in completing the application package. Additional Keywords:
