Program Description

New Office Location: 19th Place, Suite F-2 The ?We Care? program, founded in 1991, our mission is to ensure that medically underserved and uninsured residents of Indian River County have access to free specialty medical services provided by compassionate healthcare volunteers. Our vision is for all qualified residents have access to specialty medical services regardless of their financial resources or employment status."
