Program Description

Florida KidCare offers high-quality, income-based health insurance just for kids. Costs are based on a child?s age, household size and adjusted gross annual income. Many families pay just $15 or $20 a month to cover all qualifying children in the household. Florida KidCare is designed specifically with kids in mind, giving them access to the health services they need throughout each stage of growth and development

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Florida children from birth through the end of age 18 are eligible for Florida KidCare, even if one or both parents are working. Lawfully residing immigrant children are also eligible for coverage, regardless of their parents's immigration status.
