Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

We accept walk-ins for food and prescription vouchers. All other services are available by appointment only so we can give each person the time and attention they deserve. If you need to print documents, a computer and printer are available in our office. Just plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment so you have enough time. You MUST be a resident of Indian River County. You MUST meet household income guidelines. You MUST have income to sustain expenses once the emergency has been alleviated. You MUST not have received assistance within the past 18 months (12 months for FPL).
