Program Description
Mary?s Shelter is a faith-based transitional home that provides residential and non-residential services for pregnant women. Many of the women who seek assistance from the Mary's Shelter are in need of a supportive environment because they lack suitable housing or favorable family relationships. All pregnant women who are 18 or older are welcome regardless of race, religion or nationality.
Our mission is to provide a transitional, caring, educational, spiritual and supportive housing environment for pregnant women and their babies offering a pathway to self-sufficiency, and a life of dignity and respect.
In addition to providing shelter, Mary's Shelter of the Treasure Coast prepares mothers for independent living situations and works with them to build a vision of hope for their future through empowerment, education and training.
