Program Description
EFOF serves as the lead advocate for the rights and needs of people with epilepsy and seizure disorders at the local, county and state level. EFOF provides many valuable services to individuals and their families, regardless of their financial situation, including:

EFOF has offices located in Jensen Beach, West Palm Beach, Daytona, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Walton Beach, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Miami, Pensacola, and works with people in other non-urban regions through our innovative virtual case management program and other initiatives. It serves 35 counties throughout Florida: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Broward, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Hernando, Indian River, Lafayette, Lake, Levy, Marion, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Nassau, Okaloosa, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, Putnam, Santa Rosa, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, Suwannee, Union, Volusia and Walton.
