Program Description

Girl Scouts of the USA is the world's preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls ' all girls ' where, in an accepting and nurturing environment, girls build character and skills for success in the real world. In partnership with committed adult volunteers, girls develop qualities that will serve them all their lives, like leadership, strong values, social conscience, and conviction about their own potential and self-worth.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Girl Scouting is open to all girls between the ages of 5 and 17 who accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law and adults over the age of 18 who accept the organizations principles and beliefs as stated in the Preamble of the Constitution of the Girl Scouts of the USA. Annual membership dues for the current Girl Scout membership year are $12.00 each for both girls and adults.
