Program Description

Partners in Women's Health is a group practice of doctors that delivers approximately 80 percent of all county newborns and provides comprehensive gynecological care to women of all ages.

Founded in 1995, Partners in Women's Health is the result of a cooperative effort between the Indian River County Hospital District and Indian River Medical Center to ensure that all women have access to prenatal care.

Our Patients Our patients come first at Partners in Women's Health. We are constantly working to reduce patient wait times, to create a warm and inviting office environment, and to ensure that all women receive the most comprehensive obstetrical/gynecological care available.

Hours of Operation


We are open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Telephone calls after hours are routed to IRMC Labor & Delivery for emergencies. Emergency medical care can be accessed 24/7 by calling our office and listening to the prompts.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Partners in Women's Health is a joint cooperative between the Indian River Hospital District and Indian River Medical Center. Therefore, in addition to participating with most major insurers such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Tricare, Cigna, and Aetna, we also accept both Medicare and Medicaid patients. We participate with the Hospital District in providing financial assistance to those who meet criteria.
