Program Description

TLC Newborn works with parents of newborns teaching infant development, infant safety, and breast feeding.

Family associates and parents connect through phone, email and blogs to answer parent's questions and concerns. An age appropriate newsletter is also sent out monthly until the infant's first birthday.

Eligibility Requirements and Important Information

Exclusive to Indian River County. Offered to those families with infants, ages birth to one year. Intake procedure: One on one meeting with new mothers at Indian River Medical Center following birth of child OR self referral by phone call to the program office.
