Our Vision is to enrich the lives of people in our county, both residents and visitors, through the arts and cultural experiences. Artists, cultural and community organizations and businesses are members. Our members include:​​​ Fine Artists, Galleries, Museums Literary Organizations, Authors Classical Orchestras, Symphonies, Opera Choral, Jazz & Blues Societies Dance & Ballet Speakers and Lecture Series Environmental and Historical Organizations Theatre Non-Profit Community Organizations Businesses for the Arts

Points of Interest

Every month on the first Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on 14th Avenue in Downtown Vero Beach is a free event called First Friday Gallery Stroll. Most store fronts and all the galleries are open to the public for this engaging, free festive event. Restaurants and pubs are open for refreshment. We are pleased to feature three gallery businesses which are members of the Cultural Council of Indian River County. This project is a collaborative effort between these member galleries, partially funded by County Tourism Commission, the Cultural Council, Perceived Media and an anonymous donor. Through these videos, Indian River County art community is promoted across the nation and internationally.
