Program Description

Healthy Start provides pregnant woman and families with children to age three resources, support and assistance to develop a healthy family outcome.

FREE services include:

Care Education, Parenting Education, Smoking Cessation, Counseling Services, Support Groups, and Substance & Alcohol Abuse Counseling. You can refer yourself into our program by calling the Healthy Start Care Coordination Program Office at 772-770-5151 ext. 4.
