Program Description
Support groups are run by professional counselors and speakers facilitators dedicated to helping others, they will provide information and speakers to stimulate discussion and personal growth.
"Bipolar Support Group" is a professionally led group designed for individuals who are suffering from bipolar disorder as well as their family members and loved ones. The group is offered free of charge.
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the MHA
"Depression Support Group" is a professionally led group welcoming anyone suffering from depression to attend. The group is offered free of charge and no pre-registration is necessary.
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 12:00 Noon -1:00 p.m. at the MHA
Other groups include: eating disorders and parenting skills. Call for more details.
